Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Uganda – Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by our Safari Guide and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a meal and relax for the night. Accommodation: ViaVia
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After early breakfast, begin your scenic 7–8 hour journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino Trekking, have lunch, then continue to the park for check-in, dinner, and overnight. Accommodation: Pakuba Safari Lodge
Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Boat Cruise
After breakfast, enjoy a wildlife game drive on the northern bank of the Nile. Expect elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks, bushbucks, hartebeest, and—on lucky days—leopards. Return for lunch and proceed for an afternoon boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, where you will spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, kobs, and numerous birds. Day 4: Top of the Falls & Transfer to Kibale Forest
After breakfast, visit the Top of the Falls for stunning views of the Nile. Continue your journey to Kibale National Park via Hoima and Fort Portal (6–7 hours). Enjoy beautiful landscapes, villages, tea plantations, and lunch in Fort Portal before checking into your lodge for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge
Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking & Community Experience
After early breakfast, head to Kibale NP offices for briefing and begin your guided primate walk in search of chimpanzees. You may also encounter red colobus, blue monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys. Spend one hour with the chimps before returning for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a community experience such as basket weaving, local beer brewing, and coffee processing. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth NP while enjoying views of the Rwenzori Mountains. Check in, have lunch, relax, and later enjoy dinner at the lodge. Accommodation: Bush Lodge
Day 7: Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
After early breakfast, go for a morning game drive where you may spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards (on lucky days), Uganda kobs, topis, bushbucks, waterbucks, and various birds. Return for lunch, then enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its high concentration of hippos and great photographic moments. Return for dinner and overnight. Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha (Tree-Climbing Lions)
After breakfast, drive through Ishasha Sector where you may spot tree-climbing lions. Continue to Kihihi for lunch and proceed to your lodge in Bwindi for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Bakiga Lodge
Day 9: Gorilla Tracking & Optional Community Visit
After early breakfast, head to the park office for briefing before setting off for gorilla tracking. Trek through the forest until you find the gorillas and spend one unforgettable hour with them. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the evening, you may visit nearby Batwa and Bakiga communities. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Accommodation: Bakiga Lodge
Day 10: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, drive 2–3 hours to Lake Bunyonyi. Stop in Kabale for lunch before continuing to your lakeside lodge. Relax and enjoy dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Rock Resort Bunyonyi
Day 11: Full Day Relaxation & Island Tour
Have a relaxed morning. After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise and island tour including the historic Punishment Island. Learn about the lake’s stories and return for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: Rock Resort Bunyonyi
Day 12: Transfer to Lake Mburo NP & Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, drive 5 hours to Lake Mburo NP with a lunch stop in Mbarara. Check in and later embark on an evening game drive where you can spot zebras, impalas, elands, hippos, crocodiles, and various birds. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Accommodation: Rwakobo Rock
Day 13: Walking Safari & Transfer to Entebbe
After breakfast, meet an armed ranger for a walking safari in the park. You may encounter zebras, giraffes, long-horned Ankole cattle, and—on lucky days—hyenas. Return for check-out and start the drive to Entebbe with lunch en route. Check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: ViaVia
Day 14: Mabamba Shoebill Experience & Departure
After breakfast, head to Nakiwogo and take a motorboat to Mabamba Swamp for Shoebill tracking. You may also spot malachite kingfishers, jacanas, moorhens, pygmy geese, storks, and many more. Return for lunch, relax, and later transfer to Entebbe Airport for your departure flight. Accommodation: None (End of tour)
